On June 25, 2022, the 2nd Founders' Day of the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, Campus der Löwen (Campus of the Lions), took place. ITONICS joined the event as sponsor to support the founders of tomorrow and their startup ideas.
“Campus der Löwen” is an event series at the campus of Ansbach University of Applied Sciences and a unique opportunity for students to pitch their startup ideas in front of a renowned jury and generate awareness for their concept. The teams receive feedback from an expert panel consisting of successful founders, entrepreneurs and investors.
Members of this year's jury included Daniel Krauss, co-founder of FLIX SE, which includes Flixbus, Tina Spießmacher, co-founder of the fashion platform unown-fashion, and Andreas Nowakowitsch, founder of the Ansbach-based software company Tradebyte.
The first place was awarded to the founders of Team Finderling with their tracking bracelet for small children, which is intended to help parents ensure the safety of their offspring in chaotic situations. In addition to exciting pitches by several founder teams of the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, there was a varied supporting program including a concert and afterparty.
